(Hotel pt 23) Quick announcement

I'm keeping my tradition of being stylishly one step behind the rest of the world by starting our own podcast soon. I'm saying "our" because I'm dragging my wife into this.

I will be test running a podcast sometime soon. So feel free to shoot me with any questions. I will answer them in my test run podcast.

As you could have guessed, my wife and I will (try to) deliver a series of Japanese language lessons for those planning a trip to Japan. I will also throw in lesser known facts about Japanese cultures and traditions along the way.

If time permits, I might even tackle Kansai-ben lessons. Kansai-ben is a dialect spoken mainly around the Osaka regions, and you all have been exposed to it by watching many hours of Gaki videos.

We'll try to keep each podcasts very brief as everyone has a little time to spare these days.

    Look forward to the podcast... after watching years of anime and gaki in Japanese I've picked up on a few things and want to learn more. I'm just a bit too busy with uni to start full into learning another language... but I want to lol.

    Also lol at the "Mickey's Tuna" shirt... I would buy that if I were in Japan and saw it.

  9. OH BY the way!!! There was an anonymous poster talking about the hand @ 0:33 - you have to understand that the cameraman are behind a glass screen which looks like a mirror from the inside of the resting room.

    It's just a reflection of the cameraman's hand most likely.

    by the way, i just saw yamasaki's imitation of that demon-guy... and i remember he said お前達をお客様にしてやろうか　which caused a so-called 大爆笑
    maybe most of the guys watching gaki no tsukai know but perhaps there are some who don't, but that demonish singer of that metal band had a catch-phrase which was お前らを蝋人形にしてやろうか、 which was made fun of in yamasaki's imitation... i hope everyone can enjoy even more by knowing this...
